The following terms and conditions will apply equally to all guests.
- No bookings will be accepted without a deposit (£10.00 or 10% which ever is greater.)
- Smoking is not allowed in the building.
- No food or drink is to be taken to the bedrooms.
- Your room must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. Extra time will be charged at £5:00 per hour.
- The Management have the right to refuse bookings without explanation.
- Noisy or anti-social behaviour, which is likely to upset or alarm other guests will not be tolerated and the offending guest will be instructed to leave.
- Guests are not allowed to entertain vivitors in their room without the express permission of the Management.
Failure to meet any of the terms and conditions will be considered a breach of contract and the guest will be instructed to leave.
By making your reservation, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a legally binding contract. You agree that failure to comply in any way with the above terms will involve the forfeit of any payment according to the following criteria:
- Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival: Half your deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival: Your total deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: The total invoice cost will become payable.
- Eviction because of breach of contract (As detailed above): The total invoice cost will become payable.
We will invoke any legal actions required to enforce these terms and conditions.
